Welcome to The Corum Banquet, one of the Best Wedding Venues in Karachi, offering premium wedding celebrations, event management, indoor/outdoor wedding planning in Karachi, and luxury hospitality. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the Terms & Conditions listed below. These policies ensure a smooth, professional, and well-managed event experience.
1. Booking & Payment Policy
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. This payment is non-refundable.
- Booking charges are based on a minimum of 400 guests. Even if the guest count is lower, billing will be done for 400 guests.
- Final event cost and guest count must be confirmed before booking.
- Reduction in guest count or price negotiation is not allowed after advance payment.
- The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before the event date.
- Payments may be made in PKR, USD, EUR, AED, or SAR.
2. Event Timing & Venue Usage
- Event timings will follow government regulations and local authorities’ rules.
- Dinner service must conclude by 10:30 PM, and the buffet will close by 11:00 PM.
- Lights and air-conditioning will be turned off according to management policy.
- Any musical functions or stage sound systems are subject to permit approval if required by authorities.
3. Décor & Property Policy
- The Corum Banquet reserves the right to upgrade, adjust, or enhance décor items for quality maintenance.
- Décor items, lighting, stage designs, fabric, and floral setups remain property of The Corum Banquet and must not be removed, altered, or damaged.
- Outside decorators are not allowed without prior approval from management.
4. Date Change & Cancellation Policy
- Date changes are subject to availability and rate differences may apply.
- If the event is cancelled by the client, management reserves the right to reopen the date for new bookings.
- Advance payment is non-refundable but may be adjusted against a new booking only once (management approval required).
- If a new booking is not confirmed, the advance deposit will be forfeited.
5. Catering & Service Policy
- Outside catering services are allowed.
- Food for event management staff must be provided by the booking party.
- Outside food or desserts are not allowed unless approved by management.
In case the client books catering services from Foods by Corum, the menu selection and finalization must be completed at least 10 days before the event date.
6. Safety, Security & Liability
- Basement parking and valet service are provided for guest convenience. However, management is not responsible for vehicle damage, loss, theft, or valuables left inside cars.
- The Corum Banquet will not be liable for cancellations caused by force majeure events, including government restrictions, strikes, political unrest, natural disasters, law and order situations, or emergencies.
7. Event Conduct Rules
- Use of fireworks, aerial firing, alcohol, smoke bombs, drums (dhol), and DJ bhangra is strictly prohibited.
- Misconduct, damage to property, or violation of rules may result in event suspension without refund.
- All guests must maintain decorum and follow venue safety policies.
